El Instituto Nacional de Desarrollo de los Pueblos Andinos, Amazónicos y Afroperuano (INDEPA) presentó el libro “Aportes para un enfoque Intercultural” en el que busca impulsar políticas interculturales a fin de establecer metodologías direccionadas a la aceptación del otro en todas sus expresiones y manifestaciones culturales.
La presentación del libro estuvo a cargo del Presidente Ejecutivo del INDEPA, Mayta Cápac Alatrista Herrera, junto con el reconocido antropólogo José Matos Mar, y los representantes de los pueblos Afroperuano, Paúl Colinó; Amazónicos, Evaristo Nugkuak, y Andinos, Amador Higar, comentaron la importancia de la obra para el desarrollo nacional.
El libro propone reconocer la interculturalidad como una actitud que busca entender al otro, ponerse en su situación, valorar su cultura, utilizar su lenguaje y, a partir de ello, buscar consensos en base a la equidad, justicia e inclusión. Además, pretende que esta actitud se convierta en el eje transversal para el mejor desenvolvimiento de la sociedad peruana integrada étnicamente.
“La finalidad de esta publicación es recordarles que el Perú es diverso y la mejor forma de impulsar su desarrollo es con el respeto a la diferencia…La interculturalidad es una forma de ser, proceder y comportarse, actitud que debe comenzar desde las más altas esferas de decisión política”, señaló el Presidente Ejecutivo del INDEPA, Mayta Cápac Alatrista Herrera.
A su turno, el antropólogo, José Matos Mar, sustentó que al final de esta primera década del siglo XXI por primera vez en nuestra historia republicana somos una real sociedad nacional pluricultural, multiétnica y multilingüe. En ese sentido, destacó la publicación de este libro porque constituye un valioso aporte para el fortalecimiento de nuestra identidad nacional fundamentada en la realidad plural.
“Este libro constituye un valioso y fundamental aporte no sólo para la interculturalidad sino para contribuir a potenciar la existencia de un Perú pluralista que podría ser un país desarrollado por la riqueza de su capital humano y sus recursos”, acotó el estudioso.
La obra utiliza un lenguaje sencillo en sus 200 páginas, que representan el resultado de la labor educativa del INDEPA en lo que se refiere a capacitaciones, encuentros originarios y diplomados que han creado un espacio de difusión de la labor realizada hasta el momento.
